The concept of Indian fusion food is very well achieved, it preserves the traditional flavours and the plating is very modern. The service in the restaurant, the presentation of the menu and the cocktails are the highlights. If I had to say something to improve, perhaps the flavour of the tandoori chicken lacked a bit of intensity, everything else was very good.
